Visited Bark & Scratch for the first time today & wondered why the heck it took me so long! It was so much bigger than I thought - stocked with dozens of amazing products I know I can trust are nutritious & safe for my dog. It was also clean, well organized & stocked. My purpose of visiting was to find a new food for my dog. With all the great options, I felt overwhelmed. Staff took the time to hear out my dog’s lifestyle & walked me through options that could fit. They were patient, kind and extremely knowledgeable. They made my dog and I feel like family.
